Ben’s journey toward personal freedom and smoother human connection began with his family’s struggles with poverty and wartime loss. Insights from overcoming these experiences empowered him to help others with chronic pain, emotional baggage, and relationship challenges, seeing lasting impact in several aspects of their lives.

Making this impact was so profound for him that he quit his corporate career to pursue this work as his life purpose.

With over a decade of experience, Ben specialises in distilling complex human dynamics with levity, into simple, effective tools that facilitate powerful change. His work focuses on the three places we spend most of our time: our minds, our bodies, and our workplaces.

Rooted in the Japanese philosophy of kaizen—the practice of continuous improvement—Kaizben coaching and workshops equip leaders and teams with practical skills to reduce burnout, boost engagement, and enhance performance.
